Kyoko is a pretty stubborn girl and has a fiery personality, she can be self centred at times. She is known to eat a lot and hoard food due to the fact she nearly starved as a child, she won't tolerate those who decide to waste food because of this.
History[]
Kyoko's family used to be poor, due to the fact her father (who is a priest) had "radical" ideas on religion which somewhat differed from things from the bible, this caused people not to go to his teachings and soon the family were on the streets nearly starving to death.
One day Kyoko met Kyubey who offered her a contract, she gets one wish and in return she becomes a magical girl and fight witches. Kyoko agreed and wished that people would listen to her father fathers teachings. The next day people flocked to her fathers church and soon the family managed to afford a house again and are currently back to their normal life.
While hunting witches she found one already batteling another magical, curious on who the magical girl was she joined the battle and together they beat the witch. It was revealed that Mami Tomoe was that other magical girl. The two became friends and decided to team up to fight witches and familiars.
One day upon returning home, Kyoko was confronted by her father who had learned of her magical girl activities. Believing his daughter to be a witch who sold her soul to the devil he drank his worries away with alcohol until one day he snapped and murdered Kyoko's mother and little sister then proceeded to hang himself. Leaving Kyoko the only survivor. After the event Kyoko decided that she and Mami should just go after witches and leave the familiars since it takes too much energy to kill them.Due to Kyoko's sudden change in morals Mami and her got into a fight that led them to break up their team and go their separate ways.
Skills[]
Kyoko is able to summon her spear from her soul gem which is able to break apart and extent using chains. She is skilled in using her speed and reflexes to gain the upper hand in battle. Like most others she is also able to telepathically communicate with other magical girls and can raise small barrier to protect people if she ever needed too.
