Firefly (Identity Unknown) is an emerging Pyromaniac criminal operating in the Orb Union territory. While he is a new criminal that has not yet built up a strong reputation, this certainly does not make him less of a threat; whoever he is, he seems well versed in pyrotechnics and has an expertise in explosives. He managed to evade the authorities for each of his arsons, which for now number at a few fires started in small homes.
