Kate was born in New Leningrad to an unknown mother and father and was placed into adoption shortly after birth. She grew up the first 6 years of her life in the adoption home never picked due to her short temper and obsession with war and when she turned 7 she somehow attracted the attention of Exon's Premier, Noah 'Chavam. Intrigued and amused he instantly grew a strong relationship with the little girl leading to her being adopted by Noah. As of now she is spoiled rotten by her father (who still somehow finds time for her daily) and runs around the kremlin messing with the Red Guard at her leisure.
